 Past

Kesittan's mother was born among the nobility of the vampire society. Her mother died giving birth to her, and her father perished a few years later under mysterious circumstance. There were rumors that her older brother had been responsible for their father's death, but nothing was proven. As Kesittan's mother's next of kin, her brother gained custody of his sister. It didn't take long for him to show his baby sister his true color. He was a cruel man, whom more or less believed that a woman's only place was on her back with her legs spread. It was here where she could get fucked or give birth to any children conceived during one of these fuckings. His sister was no exception to this rule and from the very moment he was granted custody she was taught to accept her proper place. Through, she didn't actually have to share his bed until she was older. Kesittan's mother endured the abuse for several years after it turned sexual, but eventually she decided that she no longer wished to be his play thing and ran away within the dead of night. She roamed that land for some time until she came upon and feel in love with a human trader.

She decided to settle down with her human trader, and not even a year after they were married she gave birth to their first child---a daughter, whom was the first of five baby girls that Kesittan's mother bore. While their life was a happy one, the fear that her brother would eventually find her dwelled within the back of her mind. It was a fear that became reality while her husband was away on one of his trading business. Her brother was amused that she decided to play house with a human, but he did wonder how they would react if they knew the truth of what she was. Likely they would kill her and her children. Through, he might take her daughters to be his personal playthings if he believed them pretty enough. Kesittan's mother not wishing for her daughters to endure such a fate begun to kiss her brother, telling him that he could take her any way he wished and as many times as he wanted. He did just that--having his way with her those months that her husband was away. They both knew upon her husband's return that she was pregnant with her brother's child.

She was horrified. She didn't know how to explain what had transpired while her husband had been away, and the fact that her brother just stood there smirking only increased her fear. However, before either of them could get a word out, her husband demanded that his wife's currant company leave his house immediately. There was something about the man he didn't like--something that made him decide that he didn't wish this man near his family. Kesittan's mother feared that her brother would refuse her husband's demands and what would come to pass when he did, but he just gave her husband an condescending smile before leaving. As soon as her brother was gone, Kesittan's mother broke down into hysterical sobs. Immediately, her husband rushed to her side in order to comfort her. He told her that everything was going to be alright that he would never allow anyone to harm her or their children. They made love that night, and five months later she gave birth to Kesittan. He was the son that the trader always wanted, and that was the reason that he accepted his wife's words when she told him that Kesittan was his--even if logic told him otherwise.

Ten years passed and life for Kesittan's family was nothing less than joyous. However, everything came clashing down one chilly fall night. Kesittan was out chomping wood with his father when his biological father came riding up. The two man stared at each other for a good while before Kesittan's father broke the silence he told the man upon the horse to get off his lands. He was not welcomed here. The man did not leave instead he told his attention towards Kesittan and told the trader that he wasn't going to leave until he collected what was his. The trader followed the man's gaze and upon realizing he was looking at Kesittan he begun to laugh. He was unclear why he found the entire situation funny. Perhaps, it was fear that had the trader reacting in such a manner. Either way, the trader told the stranger that Kesittan wasn't his. The man upon the horse was amused by the trader reaction, but he didn't show his amusement by bursting into laughter instead it was displayed by him simply asking, "Isn't he?"

"No" the trader told him with all the conviction he could master, trying to ignore the voice within the back of his mind that had always been trying to tell him that there was no possible way that Kesittan could be his. The stranger asked the trader to do a simple math problem. He asked that he thought about how long his wife had been pregnant with their daughters and compared it her pregnancy with Kesittan. That suspicion he had been holding since Kesittan's birth came rushing into the front of his mind. It was within that moment he could no longer deny that Kesittan wasn't his, but the stranger wasn't done. He told the trader how his wife willing spread her legs for him--a man whom wasn't a complete stranger as she allowed him to believe but her own brother. Kesittan watched the expression change upon the man whom he had called father his entire life change. It went from horror to hatred. Kesittan didn't understand this. The idea that someone could go from loving another with every fiber of their being to hating them just as strongly in a matter of second didn't occur to him.

"Father?" Kesittan inquired stepping towards the man whom had raised him. The trader responded by yelling at him to stay away. He was an abomination, but Kesittan wouldn't listen. After a few more attempts of demanding that Kesittan stay away from him the trader decided to stop him within his track by taking the ax he had been using to cut wood and embedded it into Kesittan's chest. It worked in stopping Kesittan within his tracks, but it did not kill him as the trader might have hope, at least not right away. Kesittan stared at where the ax was embedded within him for a few moments before pulling the ax out. He didn't have time to do anything else after that because he promptly passed out.

Kesittan awoke a few days later in a strange bed. He didn't recall what happened right away, but memories of what had transpired before the darkness overtook him came flooding back. He wanted nothing more than to return to it's embrace. The man whom had claimed to be his biological father entered his room several hours after he woken up and asked him if he wished to see his estate. When Kesittan refused the man's request and told him that he was going to wait until death came to collect him, the man yanked him from his bed and told him that if that was what he wanted than he would help him along before beginning to beat him relentlessly. Eventually, Kesittan begged for the man to stop, and the man did. There were no comment about Kesittan's previous comment about wanting to die. Instead, the man told Kesittan that he needed to change his clothes before stepping out the door.

He sat there for some time before doing exactly as the man had commanded, and exit the room to find the man waiting outside the door. He made no comment about how long it took Kesittan to get dress, but rather went into the history of the estate and the family whom had resided within its walls for centuries beyond counting. He learned that he was vampire. The man whom he would eventually come to know as father took him on many of these walks, and it was during these that he learned what it meant to be a vampire. It meant he was a hunter--a killer. He told Kesittan that emotions was a weakness, and that love was the greatness weakness of them all. Whenever Kesittan grew too close to someone his father would force him to kill that person.

  Present

Kesittan, more or less, became his father's ideal heir. There were some morality that his father couldn't get rid of no matter how hard he tried. He, for example, won't take blood from random humans off the street. Instead, he took up an old vampire tradition--one that their king and many of his council of advisors still follow--of feeding only from blood dolls. Much to his father's delight, Kesittan eventually earned a seat upon this council, and it wasn't long after this that he moved out of his father's estate and set up his own. While he doesn't feed from humans that doesn't mean he doesn't use them for other things. He will use them to satisfy other urges. He will even go back to the same human multiply times, but the very moment they seem to grow too attracted he cuts the strings. Through, he is very aware of the idea that he might eventually settle down. He will need to have an heir. He thought about doing what his father did, impregnating a female and stealing the child after she have given birth to it. The truth, however, he will probably wait until his father tells him to marry someone and do so.

He has recently, at least in terms of vampire lifespan, started a night club. It is an extremely popular club that appears your typical run-of-the-mill club on the outside, but inside is a very different story. It is a place where the supernaturals were out in the open long before vampires revealed themselves to the general human population. It is a place where one can fulfill their darkest fantasy and where nothing is taboo.
